What is a practical oenology course?
The wine courses at El Jardí dels Sentits are an educational and experiential journey to understand wine from the vineyard to the glass.
These are not theoretical classes, but participatory workshops where you learn by observing, touching and tasting.
We work in small groups and outdoors, so you can discover how nature, science and sensory perception combine to bring each wine to life.
Whether you are starting from scratch or want to perfect your knowledge, you will find a space to learn and enjoy yourself.
Our way of doing things
We work with respect for the land, the vineyard and a passion for sharing knowledge.
Our courses are held in peaceful settings, among vineyards or in the winery, and in small groups to ensure a close and personalised experience.
They combine theory and practice, so you can learn by observing, touching and tasting every detail of the wine-making process.
Sessions can be held in our winery (up to 6 people), outdoors among the vineyards (up to 18 people) or in a private or virtual format for companies and groups of up to 20 participants.
Prices of our courses
Learning about wine can be much more than just theory.
