What is a wine tasting?

The wine tastings at El Jardí dels Sentits are a fun and educational experience that connects us with all our senses.

Unlike traditional tastings, here we do not seek to follow fixed patterns or rules. Each person perceives wine differently, depending on their culture, education, diet or mood. That is why we invite you to experience wine through your own sensory perception.

Our way of doing things

We work with respect for the land and a passion for wine.

Our tastings are held in natural, tranquil settings with small groups to guarantee a personalised experience.

Sessions can be held in our cellar (maximum 6 people), outdoors among the vines (up to 18 people), or as a virtual experience for companies and groups of up to 20 participants.

Introductory tasting for companies

We invite you on a journey through the world of wine to learn how to observe, smell, and taste mindfully. You’ll discover how to identify aromas, textures, and flavors — and how to tell a good wine from one with faults. An engaging and educational experience to introduce you to the art of wine tasting. Will you discover which wine style wins your heart?
  • Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Participants: small to medium-sized groups; for larger groups, please check availability

  • Location: at our estate in Lavern (Subirats, Penedès)

What do we do? Tasting of white, red, and sparkling wines with a guided explanation of each wine’s characteristics and how to recognize common faults.
