El jardí dels Sentits

El Jardí dels Sentits is a project born two decades ago at Cal Almirall de Lavern, the ancestral vineyard estate of the Raventós great-grandparents, founders of Lacrima Baccus. The artist M. Assumpció Raventós, the mother, inherited the finest vineyards of the Lavern estate, rooted in limestone rock and embraced by nature. The father, Javier Ozcáriz, learned the craft of making wine and cava from the Raventós grandparents, turning his passion into a profession. Blanca Ozcáriz, the youngest daughter —trained in oenology at two of the world’s top wine schools, in Bordeaux and Burgundy— has inherited the family’s winemaking legacy. Since 1998, she has managed the family vineyard and brought to life the wines of El Jardí dels Sentits. All wines come 100% from their own harvest and have been certified organic since 2017. They are committed to biodynamic and regenerative farming, with ground cover, phytotherapy, and compost prepared on the estate itself.

Jardí dels Sentits is a small family-run winery and garden in the heart of the Penedès region, established more than two decades ago in Cal Almirall de Figuerola. We are a place where wine, nature and learning are enjoyed at a leisurely pace: we offer guided tastings, practical oenology courses and produce our own wines with an honest and approachable philosophy.
