The 2019 vintage was fantastic for age-worthy, high-quality wines. In exchange for a small harvest, we obtained great concentrations of aroma, acidity, freshness, and balance, creating true cult wines. A meticulous selection of the best Macabeo, Sumoll, and a few Syrah clusters allowed us to craft a unique blend. Vines planted in rocky calcareous soil, rich in calcareous clay as well as iron and magnesium.
